No. Sparky arrives as a text message, in the same texting app you already use. There is no app to install, no website to sign into, no password to remember, and nothing to update. Ever.
Does it work on my phone?
If your phone can send a text message, Sparky works. iPhone or Android, new or old. Sparky arrives right inside the texting app you already use every day.
How much can I text?
As much as you like. There is no message limit and no counter running. Some people send a few notes a week. Some talk every day. Both are fine.
What if I am not good with technology?
If you have ever sent a text message to anyone, you already know everything you need. You save a number and you type. That is the whole thing.
Will Sparky remember me between conversations?
Yes. Sparky remembers your name, your people, your routines, and what you talked about last week. You never have to start over or explain yourself twice.
Can my family read my messages?
No. Your conversations are private. Nobody in your family is sent your messages, and nobody is given a dashboard to watch you. If you want to share something with them, that is yours to decide.
How do I cancel?
